Tongabezi
Tongabezi is a luxury lodge on the banks of the Zambezi River in Zambia, 20 kilometres upstream from the Victoria Falls.
Accommodation & Facilities
Accommodation is in five thatched cottages and five spacious open plan stone and thatch houses, all with en-suite facilities and a view of the river. The cottages have a private lounge, spacious bedrooms with mosquito net canopy. There is also a Garden Cottage with two bedrooms and a private dining room with a fireplace which is ideal for families. The Garden Cottage has a secluded walled courtyard. All of the houses have distinctive architectural features and are open to their views across the Zambezi. The unique Nut House is enclosed with large French doors that slide away to open onto a private plunge pool. Each house has a seating area and four-poster double beds. Lodge facilities include a dining, bar and lounge area under thatch, a swimming pool with waterfall and grass tennis courts.
