Denis Island

Denis is a small, classic desert island and lies some 95 kilometres north of Mahe. The 350 acre coral island, which has just one lodge, lies at the edge of the Seychelles Bank which plunges 2000 feet down into the abyss of the Indian Ocean. The island is almost entirely surrounded by coral reefs, rich in marine life, giving rise to a natural lagoon and gentle, brilliant white, sand beaches. It is the ultimate barefoot getaway and ideal for couples and honeymooners.
Accommodation & Facilities
Denis Island resort is on the north western tip of the island, right on
the edge of the beach, surrounded by mature casuarina trees and coconut
palms. The twenty five spacious and secluded cottages are all en-suite
and have been stylishly decorated using natural materials and have
private sea facing verandas. The restaurant serves international and
local specialities and is complemented by a well stocked bar and large
elegant sitting area. There is also a library, shop and media room with
internet facility.
Wildlife & Activities
Whilst staying at Denis Island, guests can simply relax on the beach,
swim in the pool, or enjoy the world class snorkelling. The resort
offers a small, professional and fully equipped dive centre offering
