Ongava Lodge

Ongava lodge is situated within the 30,000 hectare Ongava Game Reserve in Namibia, bordering Etosha. The National Park is one of Africa's largest; and is roughly the size of Switzerland.
Accommodation & Facilities
Ongava Lodge accommodates up to 28 guests in fourteen large brick and thatch chalets, each with its own en-suite facilities. The comfortable main lounge, bar and dining area is under thatch and provides wonderful views across the plains below. The lodge has a swimming pool, and a platform overlooking the waterhole nearby, which is floodlit at night.
Wildlife & Activities
Mornings are spent game viewing in Etosha and afternoons on the reserve. Night drives and walks can also be arranged on the Ongava reserve, and hides can also be enjoyed. Guests can experience a wide variety of game including lion, leopard, white and black rhino, springbok, gemsbok and hartebeest. Birdlife around waterholes is also good with ostrich, pygmy falcon and all the raptors in abundance. Tracking rhino on foot is a highlight at Ongava.
