We also offer the choice of joining a group of likeminded climbers or can arrange a private trip just for you.

Climb Style in Brief
We arrange three different specifications of Kilimanjaro climb, offering different levels of comfort and equipment provided.

VIP
If you would like a proper bed to sleep on, walk-in tents, a wash tent, and a loo tent then the VIP option is the one to go for. This specification also includes tipping for the guide and porters within the price thus making it a good option for relaxation and peace of mind.

Luxury
This is the most popular climb specification that we sell, providing 3m x 3m dome tents with thick mattresses and sleeping bags, and a separate loo tent. It is a great compromise between cost and comfort.

Lightweight
With the lightweight option fewer pieces of camp equipment are provided requiring less to be carried up Kilimanjaro by fewer porters, making this the most economical option. However, a separate loo tent is provided.

Scheduled versus Private Climbs
We can arrange two different types of Kilimanjaro climb; scheduled and private.

A scheduled Mount Kilimanjaro climb is the most cost effective way up the mountain. It works well for couples and single travellers, and it can be a fun way to trek as you get to meet and climb with like-minded people with the same goal - to reach the summit. Such trips operate on specific dates throughout the year and are sold on a first come, first served basis. Any trip can run with a minimum of 2 people, and single travellers can join any set departure.

Private Kilimanjaro climbs are for clients who wish to have a more exclusive climbing experience, a high level of personal attention and comfort, and greater privacy whilst on the mountain. Private trips can depart on any date (subject to the availability of crew and equipment).
